Thanks to the Global Concept system, we understand the problem of managing and controlling suppliers of various hygiene-related items over a wide geographical area for a chain of shops.
We want to become a strategic partner, supplier and hygiene advisor as a single point of contact. That is why our system is designed for all those activities and businesses that offer professional-level services.
S.A. PRODER offers a performance programme that includes a study of needs, personalised design of processes, installation, maintenance and technical follow-up of the systems, application personnel training and guaranteed profitability. Below, we explain to you which actions make Global Concept’s operation possible.
Global Concept conducts a personalised study of the needs of each of its establishments, with a technician from our company analysing the requirements in terms of cleaning, hygiene and disinfection.
We design hygiene plans under the HACCP method for kitchens. Cleaning protocols for rooms and common areas. Cost scandals and protocols for good laundry practices. We create processes for compliance with the necessary hygiene regulations in each case.
The specialised technicians of PGS Prohigien Global Service install the dosing systems and accessories necessary for the correct application of the products and complements that must intervene during the development and fulfilment of the consumption objectives.
S.A. PRODER provides training courses for the application personnel, with the involvement of the whole team for the safe and correct execution of the work method.
We guarantee delivery of our products within a maximum of 48 hours throughout Spain (mainland and islands) through our strategic partners, four logistics platforms and a network of exclusive distributors with more than 30,000 m² of warehousing. Likewise, technical assistance and advice are guaranteed by our network of delegates and technicians. The processes of orders, invoicing, administration, information or commercial assistance are managed through a single contact person who responds immediately.
The geographical expansion and location of strategic partners that collaborate with Global Concept, together with the logistics platforms and distribution network, guarantee the efficiency of the logistics service.
We guarantee the correct development of the entire system through the regular presence of our sales representatives. They ensure the correct functioning of the installed systems while immediately managing any incident, mobilising the SAT team if necessary. They will also be in charge of exchanging impressions with the establishment’s managers in a preventive and supportive spirit in the event of queries or procedural doubts.
In order to facilitate and minimise all your purchasing management, S.A. PRODER will issue you with a single detailed monthly invoice per establishment, including all the products purchased by your centres. In addition, whenever requested, technical documentation, records, or efficacy studies of the products purchased will be provided, as well as the comparative metrics and ratios of each of the previously specified categories in order to conveniently make consumption reports.
